This blend can also be made with dried seaweed flakes, but won’t be as “fishy” when prepared with spirulina powder. Sprinkle this seasoning over hot popcorn, kale chips, roasted vegetables (especially good with cauliflower) or combine with olive oil and balsamic as a salad dressing.
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon ground sesame seeds 1 teaspoon spirulina powder 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bottle with a tight-fitting lid and shake well (or whisk in a bowl) just before using. Refrigerate leftovers.
