honey mustard dressing
This dressing is light and tangy over salad greens, but also
performs double duty as a terrific marinade for grilled or
roasted chicken or vegetables.
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons ground mustard
2 teaspoons bee pollen granules
2 teaspoons local honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bottle with a tight-fitting lid and
shake well (or whisk in a bowl) just before using. Refrigerate
leftovers.
