With the snappy bite of ginger and sweetness of peach nuggets, this black tea is wonderful with grilled, roasted or slow-cooked chicken or pork. It’s also good with fish.

2 heaping tablespoons Ginger Peach loose tea
½ tablespoon fennel seed
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon rosemary

Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder, food processor or blender and process until finely ground. Store in metal tin or glass container with lid, away from direct light and heat.
