DIY Face Mask

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of blended oats (oat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon of amla berry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1–2 teaspoons of warm water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Add the honey and stir into a paste.
  3. Gradually add warm water in small increments until the desired consistency is achieved (about 2–3 teaspoons).
  4. Apply the mask evenly to your face using circular motions.
  5. Allow it to sit for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Gently rinse off the mask with lukewarm water.
  7. Pat your face dry with a clean towel and follow up with your favorite moisturizer.
