Ingredients

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix in 15–20 drops of essential oil (if using) to the Himalayan pink salt. Stir to combine.
2. Mix in ground oats, powdered milk, and dried rose petals. Stir to combine.
3. Add the rose petal milk bath mixture into a jar or bottle of choice. Use a funnel if needed.
4. Shake the jar to make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Let the mixture sit for about 12–24 hours to allow all of the ingredients to mingle and infuse their natural scent into the powdered milk and salt.
6. When ready to use, take a large muslin tea bag and add about ¼–½ cup of the rose petal milk bath mixture into it. Tie the strings under the faucet of running water or throw the tea bag straight into the hot bath. Enjoy!.
