diy minty mouthwash recipe

This simple DIY mouthwash kills germs, freshens breath and helps to whiten teeth.

½ cup filtered or distilled water
¼ cup hydrogen peroxide
4-6 drops peppermint essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a clean bottle with lid. Use as you would any mouthwash, taking care to avoid swallowing. Shake before each use.
