You can vary this simple recipe by adding fresh blueberries, sliced bananas or strawberries or switching out the cocoa for cardamom or cinnamon.
2 cups of coconut milk ½ cup chia seeds 3 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon local honey
Combine all ingredients in a bottle with a tight-fitting lid and shake well (or whisk in a bowl) just before using. Refrigerate leftovers.
