Earthy Chia Protein Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Organic Chia Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, Chia Protein Powder (Organic), and sea salt.
  3. Add the water and olive oil, stirring until a firm dough forms.
  4. Place the dough onto the parchment paper and roll it out into a thin, even layer.
  5. Score the dough into squares with a knife, then bake for fifteen minutes until crispy.
  6. Let the crackers cool completely before serving.
