Cayenne, garlic, oregano, rosemary and black pepper make a bold statement on grilled corn. This seasoning also wakes up the flavor of grilled meats, rice and bean dishes, roasted nuts and popcorn.
4 whole ears of fresh corn, husked 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
Lay out 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil large enough to wrap an ear of corn. Place an ear of corn on each piece and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning to taste. Place a few pieces of butter on top of each piece of corn and wrap closed with foil. Grill over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating each piece now and then. Serve with additional butter and salt and pepper, if desired.
