This coffee blend is enhanced with the warm, fragrant spices of cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon, and finishes with the punch of black pepper.
2 cups roasted coffee beans, freshly grounded ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorns ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon freshly ground cardamom seeds ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in bowl, stir well to mix. Transfer into a freezer-safe container and store in the freezer to preserve freshness. To use, make coffee according to the manufacturer's instructions for your coffee maker. Tip: If you use a coffee maker that takes "K-cups" consider purchasing re-usable cups. You can find these in grocery stores and home goods stores.
