This recipe makes 10 tumblers, but if your gathering is smaller just refrigerate the fruit puree for later use and adjust the amounts for the remaining ingredients accordingly.
2 ½ cups frozen raspberries, thawed slightly 1 ½ tablespoons dried lemon peel 10 whole juniper berries ¼ cup honey 2 cups gin 4 ½ cups club soda
Distribute the raspberries and lemon peel between 10 tumbler glasses’ add 1 juniper berry to each glass. Lightly crush the berries in each glass with a muddler or the back of a spoon and add the honey. Top each glass off with 2 jiggers of gin (or to taste), club soda and ice. Stir well before serving. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a sprig of rosemary, if you wish.
