This delightful, refreshing tea is pleasantly sweet without adding a bit of sugar.
8 cups filtered water 1 tablespoon oatstraw 1 tablespoon meadowsweet 1 tablespoon peppermint 1 tablespoon calendula flowers
Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat; set aside. Place the herbs in a muslin bag and add to the pan. Cover the pan and let the mixture infuse for an hour. Remove the muslin bag, squeezing its contents to release the trapped liquid into the pan. Serve over ice with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
