This creamy combination of spicy and smoky flavors makes an excellent spread for sandwiches. You can also use it as a dipping sauce for raw veggies or oven-baked sweet potato fries.
4 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice 2 teaspoons adobo sauce 1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo sauce ½ teaspoon cumin
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend. Place mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
