Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Berry Essential™ Antioxidant Blend (Organic)
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or agave
Instructions
In a jar or sealable container, whisk together the almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and Berry Essential™ Antioxidant Blend (Organic) until smooth.
Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds until they are completely combined with the liquid.
Secure the lid and place the jar in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy a tangy, berry-infused breakfast.
