Strawberry Vanilla Oat Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Strawberry Freeze-Dried Powder
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup of honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and Strawberry Freeze-Dried Powder until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Stir in the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture forms a sticky, crumbly dough.
  4. Press the dough firmly and evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
