Our bulk Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Chips are produced from the inner bark of Cinnamomum verum—often referred to as “true cinnamon.” Sustainably harvested from organically grown trees, the bark is cut and sifted into uniform chips (approximately ¼ inch), delivering a consistent, high-quality ingredient for food, beverage, and botanical applications.
Ceylon cinnamon offers a soft, sweet, and delicately spiced profile with subtle floral and citrus undertones. Compared to cassia varieties, it is notably milder and more refined, making it ideal for formulations where a balanced cinnamon character is desired without overpowering heat or bitterness.
