This manual capsule filling machine fills 24 size “00” capsules at a time with powdered herbs, spices, or supplements. Separate the empty capsules first, then load the longer halves into the base and the shorter halves into the cover. Capsules are not included.

How to Use the Capsule Machine

Place the base of The Capsule Machine on the enclosed stand, then set it on a flat bowl or plate.
Separate each capsule. Push the longer half, open end up, into the base and the shorter half into the cover.
Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of powdered material into the base and sweep the enclosed card across the openings. Use the tamping tool to compact the powder, if desired, then fill again.
Place the cover on the base and remove The Capsule Machine from the stand. Set it on a flat surface and press down evenly until it is fully closed, then release.
Remove the cover. Filled capsules should be in the cover; gently depress both sides of the top cover to eject them.

Begin by removing all the capsule machine items from the box, including the stand, base, cover, plastic card, and tamping tool. Put the base, or large part of The Capsule Machine, onto the stand and then place it on a flat bowl or plate. Next, manually separate the empty gelatin capsules, pushing the longer part open-end up into the base and the shorter part into the cover.

You are now ready to fill the capsules. Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of powdered herbs or vitamins into the base and sweep the plastic card across the holes, filling them.

If desired, use the provided tamping tool to compact the powder, then fill the base again. Place the cover on the base and remove The Capsule Machine from the stand. Put The Capsule Machine on a flat surface and press down evenly until it is fully closed, then release pressure. Remove the cover to reveal the filled capsules. To release them, gently depress the top cover on both sides. We highly recommend storing your capsules in a dark glass jar.
