Noni is a small, shrubby tree native to Asia, Australia, and the Polynesian islands. It is a member of the Rubiaceae family, also known as the bedstraw family, which includes madder and coffee. While the odorous fruit of the tree is consumed as food in its native regions, the powdered fruit has gained traction elsewhere for its nutritional value. Noni fruit powder is also used in various food, beverage and cosmetic products.
