Shipping Information

Time in Transit

UPS Ground delivery times are one to six days, depending on location. The map on this page provides an estimate of days in transit for UPS Ground. Transit times do not include the time it takes to process your order.  All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

One easy way to determine shipping cost is to add items to your shopping cart and then proceed to "checkout" where you can use our shipping cost estimator. Please refer to these instructions.

Tracking Orders

We will send you a shipment notification via email the day your package ships. Email shipment notification is available only for UPS orders. The notification will provide you with a tracking number as well as an estimated delivery date. Your UPS Tracking number will always be posted in your online account in the event you do not receive the email sent by UPS. Simply login to your account and look at your order history to see the tracking number for your order. Tracking numbers are not available for U.S. Postal shipments.

If you need your order expedited we offer UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS 3 DAY. All express shipments received before 1 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Any express shipment received after 1 PM Pacific Time will ship the following day. Also, keep in mind that UPS does not count either Saturday or Sunday as shipping days. This means if you select Next Day service on Friday you will not receive the shipment on Saturday, you will receive it on Monday. UPS does not count the day the package shipped as a 'shipping day'. As an example, if UPS 2 Day is selected on Monday the box will be delivered on Wednesday, not Tuesday.

Orders of $300 or more addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.

We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher. UPS will only ship using air service which includes Next Day Air and Second Day Air. Priority mail is also an option at a slightly lower rate than what UPS offers. Parcel Post shipments to Hawaii are VERY slow. Delivery can take 4-6 weeks. We suggest that people in Hawaii do not select Parcel Post.

We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. The transit time for priority mail is generally three business days. Keep in mind that your order will take 48 hours to process before we ship.

We ship to all International Countries. We use International Priority Mail to ship orders to a select group of international locations. We will not ship to international countries using USPS Parcel post as this service can take up to six weeks for some destinations
