Chamomile Facial Toner Use this refreshing herbal toner to naturally cleanse, tone, and restore the proper pH balance to your skin. 2 cups filtered water, boiling ½ cup whole, dried chamomile flowers ½ cup apple cider vinegar 8 drops German chamomile essential oil Place the chamomile flowers in a heat-resistant bowl and carefully cover with the boiling water. Allow the mixture to steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain. To the reserved liquid, add the apple cider vinegar and chamomile essential oil, blending well. Allow the toner to cool completely before storing in a sterile, glass container with lid. To use, dab the toner onto a cotton pad and gently wipe a freshly cleansed face.
