ORDERING INFORMATION

OUR MISSION is to provide the highest quality herbs and herbal products at a reasonable price.

ORDERING:
Business hours are 8:30 AM -5:00 PM Monday through Friday Pacific Time. Orders can be placed at anytime by fax or with our online shopping cart. Orders will be shipped by UPS ground within 2 business days.

LOCAL ORDERS:
If you are local or you are visiting or live in Santa Cruz you are welcome to pick up your orders at our warehouse.  We do not have a local store as we are a mail order company only.  If you would like to make a local pickup you must place your order over the phone (831-426-2808). Your order will then be available for a "will call" pickup the following business day after 4 PM. Pickup hours are between 9AM - 5PM Monday Through Friday. We are Not open on Saturday or Sunday.

PAYMENT:
Payment options: Visa/Mastercard, or Discover, Paypal and Google checkout. For terms of 30 days net please request a credit application. UPS orders incur exact shipping charges. We do not accept COD orders. Checks drawn upon insufficient funds incur a charge of $22.

PRICING:
5lb. price = 10% off 1 pound price.
25lb. price = 15% off 1 pound price.
$300 order = free freight (within the 48 conterminous states).
$500 order = free freight + 5% discount

GUARANTEE:
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it for an exchange, full refund, or credit. Please call us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be on the outside of your return shipment. All return claims must be made within two weeks of receiving your order.

Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping charges.

MINIMUM ORDER:
We have no minimum order requirement.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:
If you are on the East Coast your order may take a week or more to arrive after we ship. We can ship your order UPS 3 day select, next day air, and 2nd day air. UPS orders incur exact shipping charges. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

PRICE CHANGES:
The prices in this catalog will be effective until our next catalog. Most prices will remain unchanged, however due to market fluctuations some prices are subject to change.

IRRADIATION:
All our products are free from irradiation.
