Description: The Jamaican Dogwood is a tree that can grow as tall as 50 feet high. It is native to the Caribbean, United States, Central and South America. The root bark is taken from the tree when it is chopped down for commercial use.
Dosage:
As a tincture, take 1-2 ml as needed.
As an decoction, boil 1 tsp root in 1 cup water for 10-15 minutes. Drink as needed.
