green tomato chutney recipe

2 green tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 green chili pepper, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne powder
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon coriander seeds

Toast the seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or just until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool, then grind seeds into a powder.

Dice tomatoes and red onion and place in a bowl. Add the chopped chili pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, paprika, cayenne, ground cumin and coriander. Stir to combine and serve.
