Wholesale Cast Iron Teapots
in three styles
These cast iron tea pots are known as tetsubin in Japan and are traditionally heated over charcoal in a centuries-old ceremonial practice called chanoyu, also known as the Way of Tea. Aside from exceptional beauty and durability, cast iron tea pots are the preferred tea-making apparatuses because of their natural iron content, which lends a distinctive flavor to the tea. The cast iron also heats the water evenly and keeps it warm for an extended time, generally up to an hour.
Our traditional cast iron tea pots are available in three different sizes (20 oz., 27 oz. and 40 oz.) and in three different colors—
lime green,
red and
black. All three styles come with a matching trivet.
