Hibiscus Ginger Punch Recipe

This tame punch is tasty on its own, but it's even better paired with the vodka you've made from the first recipe! Try it with a splash of coconut water or milk and serve over ice.

4 cups distilled water
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
½ cup turbinado sugar
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Slowly bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Set the pan aside and let the mixture infuse overnight. Strain, reserving the finished liquid in a clean container. Serve combined with vodka, or club soda over ice.
