The
German chamomile plant is commonly used to make a herbal tea The plants essential oil is made by picking its flowers as they start to bloom, then drying them to preserve the active ingredients and distilling them. Chamomile oil is one of the most important oils. Chamomile contains azulene, an anti-inflammatory that gives the oil its deep blue color.
Take a bath with one drop chamomile and 4 drops lavender essential oil.
